Cathleen Smith serves as the Office Manager at Probinsky, Cole & Usquelis, bringing over 30 years of experience in the legal field. For more than two decades, she has played a vital role in the firm’s operations, helping ensure that everything runs smoothly so clients receive the attentive and organized support they deserve.
Originally from Massachusetts, Cathleen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Massachusetts. She later relocated to South Carolina with her husband during his service in the U.S. Navy, before ultimately settling in Florida, where she spent many years building both her career and her life.
Known for her reliability, organization, and steady leadership, Cathleen has been a cornerstone of the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term success.
Today, she and her husband are fulfilling a lifelong dream of living abroad in Tavira, Portugal, where they enjoy experiencing new cultures and embracing the next chapter of their journey.
